This spring we have another wonderful opportunity to get together....

A beautiful afternoon awaits us in the sacredness of The Central London Gurdwara where we will experience accomplished yoga teachers and talented musicians delivering Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Workshops and Kirtan. During the afternoon there will also be delicious langar (food) served, which the children will have the opportunity to get involved in preparing.
